This home is the ultimate fun golfer's getaway. It features a subtle round white golf ball circular motif throughout, but its main appeal is the miniature golf putting green course in the front and back yard! 9 holes in all!

The interior features high sloped ceilings with gold glitter ceilings, large sliders opening up to the back yard and clerestory windows. The front window overhang allows you to have the windows wide open and still maintain COMPLETE privacy from the street.

A huge custom in-ground pool long anough for laps also include a fountain-depth tanning ledge or "martini shelf" where you can actually sit in a chair IN THE POOL! A propane powered firepit will warm up the cooler Vegas nights. And a veritable orchard was planted outside the Master bedroom with 5 citrus trees: 2 oranges, 2 lemons and a lime.

This classic vintage Las Vegas home home is ideally situated for anyone working Downtown, in the convention industry or on the Las Vegas Strip. It is in a friendly safe neighborhood called Paradise Palms and the homes are also know as "Molasky Homes."

This corporate rental is exactly 1 mile east of the Convention Center and just south of Desert Inn adjacent to the Las Vegas National Golf Club (Formerly the 1961 Stardust Country Club).

* 1 month key & security deposit required. Refundable upon key return and clean checkout.

* Check-in and Check out times are flexible.

* Special rates may apply for holidays/special events. All prices are subject to change, call us for current pricing. 2 night minimum.

* Cancellations of all confirmed reservations must be made 7 days (1 week) in advance of the scheduled arrival date or your deposit will not be refunded. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure date. Full payment is due upon arrival.

* Background or credit check of occupant may be required.

* No Smokers Please - light smoking outside may acceptable.
