HISTORY

You will be staying at the Spanish Colonial Revival "Gayley Terrace." It is L.A. Historic Cultural Monument #363 in the Mediterranean-motif Westwood Village. The apartment was built in the 1940s and is furnished to evoke a Film Noir style. You may feel like you are in an old Humphrey Bogart movie.

Outside the window, just past the beautiful mature ficus tree, you have a view of the historic neon tower sign of the 1931 Fox Village Theatre. The apartment is a one floor walk-up. There is no neighbor below (it's on a hillside).
